Recent Scammers/Hackers' Exploits:
- ◇1. Scam/Hack Via Site: Fake official sites will never have the same address as Conquer Online. Don't let scammers lure you to their sites, because you could end up getting hacked or having a virus installed without your knowledge.
- ◇2. Scam/Hack Via program: Some attempts to listen for other player actions and tap into other players' inventories have been made. These hackers are also spreading trojan viruses through downloadable programs.
- ◇3. Scam/Hack Via MSN/ Emails: Hackers have been impersonating GMs and PMs both in the game and on MSN. Unfortunately, some of them are even using our email address: acct(at)mx.mail.conqueronline.com or accountpwd(at)mx.mail.conqueronline.com to effectively scam/hack player's accounts. If you ever doubt an email, you can contact the Help Desk to make sure the email is genuine.
- ◇4. Scam/Hack in the game: In game tricks and scams have always been commonplace. Don't give your items away or trade with such types of people. A real GM or PM character would never ask to trade items with you.
- • Be cautious while playing Conquer Online. The safety of your virtual property (character items) depends on it.
