How to Play
There are two options for betting, and you can play both. Speak to Notary Jay (Twin City 423, 364) to bet on the 45x CP game, or speak to Notary Mike (Twin City, 423, 372) for a higher chance to win 3.5x CPs.
Notary Jay:
1. There are 9 betting options: 1 CP, 5 CPs, 10 CPs, 20 CPs, 50 CPs, 100 CPs, 200 CPs, 500 CPs and 1,000 CPs. You are only allowed to bet once for each option, though you can place bets on all 9 options in each round. After you bet, you need to select two numbers, from 1 - 11.
2. If the numbers you picked are drawn as the last two numbers of that week's round of the Euro Millions, you win! The winning numbers will be revealed each Tuesday night.
Notary Mike:
1. There are 7 betting options: 10 CPs, 20 CPs, 50 CPs, 100 CPs, 200 CPs, 500 CPs and 1,000 CPs. You are only allowed to bet once for each option, though you can place bets on all 7 options in each round. After you bet, you need to select two numbers, from 1 - 11.
2. If either number you picked is drawn as one of the last two numbers of that week's round of the Euro Millions, you win! The winning numbers will be revealed each Tuesday night.

1st Round: Bet: Sep. 9th 00:00 – Sep. 10th 23:59. Claim Prize: Sep. 14th 00:00 – Sep. 15th 23:59
2nd Round: Bet: Sep. 16h 00:00 – Sep. 17th 23:59. Claim Prize: Sep. 21st 00:00 – Sep. 22nd 23:59
3rd Round: Bet: Sep. 23rd 00:00 – Sep. 24th 23:59. Claim Prize: Sep. 28th 00:00 – Sep. 29th 23:59
Requirements: Level 40 and above
Reward: Lottery winners will receive 45x/3.5x the CPs they bet.

NOTE: The Raffle Tickets won't appear in your inventory when you place your bet. You can speak with Notary Jay or Notary Mike to view the numbers you've chosen for that ticket.
