1. Check the System Requirements: Before
installing and launching Conquer, first check to see that your computer
specifications meet the following requirements.
i.Windows 9x/ME/2000/XP/Vista.

ii. 800
MHz or faster processor speed.

iii. 128
Megabytes of RAM.

iv. Video Accelerator Card
(for 3D graphics) with 16MB RAM or higher.

v. 1
Gigabyte of free hard drive space.

vi.
Internet connection with 56 Kbps or faster connection speed.

| vii. DirectX 8.1 or higher with compliant
video and sound card. |
2. Download Client: Use the options from our
official download page to download the game client to your computer. This may
take an hour or two.
If you have an installation CD, you can simply insert the CD and do not need
to download the client. Insert the CD and the installation will begin
automatically. You can order a CD through our official website throught the
sales option.
3. Update DirectX / Drivers: First install
DirectX 8.1 or higher and the latest driver for your graphic card on your PC. If
your drivers are already up to date, then you can proceed to the next step.
4. Install the Game Client: Double-click on
self executable downloaded file and follow the instructions to install the game.
It should install automatically and drop a game icon to your desktop.
If
you install from CD, insert the Conquer CD into your CD-ROM drive. The
installation should begin automatically, but if it doesn't, you may start the
installation by opening My Computer, double-clicking on your CD-ROM drive, then
finally double-clicking the Conquer icon. Follow the instructions within the
setup program to complete the installation. After the game is fully installed, a
Conquer shortcut will be added to your desktop.
