Walkthrough:

1. Talk to Serena (Twin City, 437,346) to accept this quest. You will need to find the Star Fragment, Star Track, Star Splinter and Star Dust for her. You can help her 3 times a day.

   

2. You will get the Star Fragment by hunting Robins in Wind Plain, the Star Track from Bandits, Star Splinter from Winged Snakes in Phoenix Castle and Star Dust from Macaques in Ape City.
3. Bring 5 of each to Serena (Twin City, 437,346) and she will give you the reward. You will have the chance to get a 1/6 Exp ball, a Ginseng Pill, an Elixir Wine, an Attack Pot (1h), a Defense Pot (1h) or a Meteor as reward!
