Event Time: 1st Round - June 16th to June 18th; 2nd Round - June 23rd to June 25th
Requirement: Level 40 and above
Reward: Lottery winners will receive 45x the CP they bet; Raffle Ticket buyers will receive 2 hours of Heaven’s Blessing if the sales of Raffle Tickets is over 500 in a round.
