The TQ team has received reports of some players receiving emails that claim to be about a hack case being filed against their account, and asking them to provide account details. These scammers often disguise the sender's address, so that it appears to be an official TQ Digital address (co@netdragon.com). They ask players to send their account information, with the excuse of a database update, hack cases, or with threats of an account ban if they don't respond.
You will never receive an email saying you will be banned if you don't give account information, and you should never trust anyone claiming they are TQ personnel when they ask for unsolicited information. Should you have any doubts whether an email is genuine, you can contact the Help Desk to make sure the email is official.Please keep your contact email safe and DO NOT send any of your account details or other information to others!
